Let's talk Mercury Retro

If you are worried or scared of Mercury Retrograde transits. Don't be. Mercury has wayyyyyyy more benefits then you have been led to believe. Everyone who speaks on Astrology doesn't necessarily know how to interpret the meanings of Astrology, Celestial events, or their Transits. In fact most, are just repeating and rephrasing what they’ve heard from other, social platforms. It’s important that you understand, how to interpret and perceive information, before you apply it to your life. Planetary transits have good and bad effects, but you are always in control. When you think of these transits, think of the zodiac sign Libra. As it’s all about balance and justice. During any planetary transition you goal should be to find what brings balance, toy your current situation, especially if there is a massive imbalance. 

Mercury is the Planet of Communication, with means when it’s in retro, you have to breathe and think, before you speak. You should practice this even when Mercury is not is in retro. Why? Well, if you will train yourself how to communicate better, on a regular basis, it will become a habit. And what a good habit to have. Right? Especially if you are looking to save a relationship you value. Productive communication, helps you, mentally , physically, and emotionally. When you express how you feel in a positive manner, you create a boundary between positive and negative energies. Where is the lie? If two people are arguing, talking over each other, yelling, that’s not positive, nor can either party understand the other, as they are both trying to be heard. Therefore, neither party is truly listening to the other. Although there are many answers to guiding you through retros. Many ask the question, Will it be hard or will you be tested during retros? Yes of course. But if the overall goal is to grow. Then you have to open your 3rd eye and see there is more than a few ways to grow. And with a planet like Uranus in retro this help push the necessary change through. These transits literally shift your life into positive shifts, if you allow them.

Well if Mercury helps me then why do I have delays?

Mercury makes you stand on what you said. What do I mean? You remember when you said, I promise I'm not helping no one else because when I needed help no one was there for me, remember when you said that you were cutting those people off etc etc etc??? Well Mercury brings them back into your life, before, doing, and after it’s retro. To see if you REALLY meant what you said. Always remember when you speak, the universe is always listening. If you don't stand on what you said that’s when, Mercury begins to delay the things you have asked for, and it doesn't just stop there. Mercury also messes up communication and if I'm right you always end up arguing with the same people you said you would leave alone in the first place. Or something goes wrong, because you decided to let them back into your life. And for some of you guys, these people try to bring current problems to you because of recent arguments. Either way, this is why it’s important to stay away from negative people. Keep in mind Mercury goes into retro more than any other planet. So it’s important you learn how to deal with its transits effectively.

Most people have bad experiences with Mercury Retrograde, some have bad luck all year round, because they haven't learned their lessons. Planet’s have a way trying to get your attention, when they see you repeating the same toxic cycles. It's okay to have a good heart, it's okay to be a good person. Trust me I completely understand. I’m also very big on not letting the bad people you come in contact with, change the goodness in who you are. However don't become so consumed with trying to help others that you neglect to see, that these people are using you. Doing so can become a toxic breading ground for you and your situation. It can also cause issues in your life that will stagnant your growth and your future. If you want to move forward it’s best that you learn how these transit effect you, by looking up your birth chart as well. 

Understanding Your Shadow Side | Unveiling Your Darkness To Create Balance ⚖️🌟

How can you truly know yourself if you are putting off understanding the deepest parts of yourself. Often you hear people say they are love and light. But when they are faced with the dark sides of themselves they are nearly overrun by it. One reason is because they have spent so much time fighting the other parts of themselves, that will bring about balance. They no longer know who they are or what they want. In order to have day you have to have night. That’s balance. You have to know your darkness, just as much as you know your light. Or else how will you know, how to control it? If you know what brings out the worst parts of you such as anger, or what causes you to be destructive in relationships. Then you can see what parts you need to work on. It’s easy to point them out in someone else but what about self? If you don’t like what you see, you have the option to change it.
Understanding your triggers is very important. Many people don’t know this but their shadow side, is what protects them. The shadow side steps up when you are not defending yourself properly. Or when you are dwelling in too much toxic behavior. It’s in this phase people tend to want to be alone. Your phone goes on DND and you begin to tune everything and everyone out. This is called Hermit Mode. This is where you begin to connect with the intuitive parts of you. The parts of you that want more out of life. The parts of you that want to reconnect with your higher self. The parts of you that seek knowledge and sacred wisdom. This journey is yours, but remember it’s yours, which means everyone can’t go along on this journey. Some people are meant to come in your life to teach you a lesson.  When you are on you journey, you find people who assist you with different areas of spirituality. This is so you can learn and practice in real time on your intuition and discernment. This is the only way you can develop and hone your skills.

Shadow Wurk is more than a hashtag or trend, it’s not just about past trauma, but current trauma as well. Processing trauma, is hard, very hard because you have to open and relive old wounds. But it’s through that process that you reclaim your power, and take back your life. Shadow Wurk as I call it, is about dealing with the deepest and most sacred parts of you. There are things you want to speak about but don’t because you are worried about what others are going to say or how they are going to feel. In the mean time you are not looking at the damage you are causing on yourself. You can’t understand a math problem if you only know half of the solution. When you think of your dark side, don’t think of it as the evil side, or the door that must remain sealed, or avoided. Think of it as a vault of information that is useful to your growth. Your dark side is more of a protector of you, your time, and energy. The side that will stand up for what is right, the side that will not allow you to be used continuously, the side that seeks justice, etc. Tv has shown you the angel on one shoulder and the devil on the other. 

Which is a big misconception, because without it you will continue to be lost, things will not make sense because you do not have all of the pieces. This New Moon use some time to journal and make a list of your past and current traumas. Make notes of what you can do to heal from the situation. If the situation is out of your hands, understand you did what you could and that is all that you can do. So you can release that pain and take your power back. Release what is no longer serving you so that you can move forward.
