Reiki Healing Level One

Reiki healing is all about healing others with energy techniques. This method of healing reduces stress, anxiety, pain and so much more. Palm healing and hands on healing are just two of the few methods I teach in this level one course. This energy allows us to heal without having to use medications. Reiki healing promotes relaxation, it removes blocks, helps the energy of the client flow, it can reduce other illnesses, realigns the chakras and so much more. This class is offered in a group setting as well as a private class. You have the option to choose your class setting as well as you class day. It is required that you have at least two class sessions a week. Each scholar will have one on one sessions with their guide to ensure that the scholar is using the methods correctly.
