Pour desired amount into a new mop bucket, add warm water. You bucket should be filled to the water line. For extreme cases, add the juice from a fresh squeezed lemon, and a cap full of bleach to the mop water. 
Mop all areas that can be mopped. Do NOT walk on any part of the mopped floors, until they are completely dry. If someone happens to walk on them re-mop those areas.
